Pioneering Bio-Renewable Curing Chemistry
Acorrphen Coating Private Limited is a specialty chemical manufacturer based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We manufacture epoxy curing agents primarily designed for industrial epoxy coatings.
Founded in 2013 and in commercial production since 2018, we have built a diverse portfolio of epoxy hardeners spanning phenalkamine, Phenalkamine adduct, phenalkamide chemistries, reactive polyamide, Polyamine adduct. The majority of our products are based on bio-available raw materials — including cardanol, dimer and fatty acids from soya oil and castor oil — giving formulators both performance advantages and sustainability credentials.
What sets us apart is not just the chemistry — it is our commitment to custom solutions. We do not sell off-theshelf hardeners and walk away. We collaborate with our customers — coating manufacturers, paint formulators, pipe and tank lining producers, floor coating specialists, marine paint companies — to develop epoxy hardener grades that are precisely tailored to their system requirements.
Across our Acor, Acormin, Acormid, and Acormide product families, we offer solutions for every segment of the epoxy coatings industry — from offshore platforms and pipeline interiors to industrial floors, tile grout systems, and concrete protection.

High-performance epoxy hardeners engineered to excel in heavy protective environments.
Phenalkamines & Adducts
Our flagship bio-renewable hardeners derived from cardanol (CNSL). Fast cure, moisture-tolerant, outstanding corrosion resistance. The epoxy hardener of choice for marine and heavy industrial coatings.
Reactive Polyamides & Adducts
Produced from dimer and soya oil fatty acids. Excellent flexibility, adhesion, and long pot life. A trusted workhorse epoxy hardener for industrial protective coatings, tank linings, and construction chemicals.
Cycloaliphatic Polyamine Adducts
Polyamine epoxy hardeners. Low colour, low blush, excellent chemical resistance. Preferred for floor coating top coats, pipe linings, and appearance-critical epoxy systems.
Phenalkamides
The perfect blend of phenalkamine speed and polyamide flexibility. Extended pot life, low-temperature cure, and superior colour stability integrated into one performance curing agent.
Bio-Based Polyols
CNSL and castor oil derived polyols for polyurethane and epoxy-polyol coating systems. Sustainable, high-performance, hydrophobic, and commercially available at scale.
Modified Epoxy Resin
A select range of modified liquid epoxy resin grades developed primarily for floor coating applications. Formulated to work seamlessly alongside Acorrphen hardeners.
Why Formulators Choose Acorrphen
We go deep, not wide. Dedicated solely to manufacturing high-durability epoxy curing systems.
Specialists in Epoxy Hardeners
Every product we make is an epoxy curing agent, or a polyol that works alongside one. Deep polymer synthesis focus drives premium quality.
Custom Solutions Core
We custom synthesize grades to match your formulation parameters: tailoring viscosity, amine value, gel time, colour, and curing speed.
Majority Bio-Available Feedstock
A massive proportion of our chemical inputs are bio-available and renewable: including Cardanol (CNSL), castor oil, and soya oil fatty acids.
Built for the Real World
Hardeners formulated to cure under moisture, extreme cold, wet concrete, poorly-prepared hand-steeled surfaces, and chemical immersion.
Performance Verified with Data
We support our hardeners with real mechanical data: compressive strength, pull-off adhesion, Shore-D hardness, Taber abrasion, and chemical resistance.
Responsive at Every Scale
Agile for express customized lab samples, and robust enough for scaling reliable commercial volumes for India, Middle East, Turkey, and SE Asia.
